The Bridge To Wellness Yoga Center offers a safe and peaceful space for those individuals interested in improving their health and wellness by moving in and out of poses led by a certified yoga instructor. Classes are designed for different levels, using props to ease students into each pose. Anyone may participate and all necessary equipment is provided.
Yoga is a personal experience and can present many benefits to the student. Some may include impoved fexibility and strength, relief from depression, better circulation, deeper breathing, improved concentration, and better balance to name a few.
